The project intends to pursue F.H. Jacobi\u00b4s \u201cdouble philosophy\u201d, his \ndistinction between two radically different ways of thinking, one \nrepresenting rationalism and idealism, in terms of nihilism, and the \nother his own realistic alternative, called \u201cGlauben\u201d, into post-Kantian\n philosophy. More specifically the project aims at uncovering the impact\n of Jacobi\u00b4s thinking on the philosophy of the later Fichte as well as \non the thinking of S\u00f8ren Kierkegaard.
